Thank you for visiting my resource list. Please note that this is not a comprehensive list meant to cover everything. I am doing my best to be inclusive! I am continually updating this page, and I am open to requests for resource placement if your resource is not already covered here and is legitimately provided in good faith. If you have a resource you would like to add, or a link no longer works, please email me at – hello@jenniferannfalandys.org All resource requests are screened by me and if approved, I will contact you to confirm.
These resources are meant to be used at your own risk and discretion. I am not responsible for broken links and not all hotlines operate 24/7 or are staffed enough right now. If there is no answer and you are having a mental health crisis, please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room

MOBILE CRISIS TEAM LOCATOR
Trauma-informed care includes being mindful. Calling the police for a wellness check or to intervene does not always warrant positive, healthy outcomes for optimal recovery and well-being. I am including the BEAM directory of mobile crisis teams here. Please note that some units do have to consult with police officers in certain situations, this resource does not bypass or eliminate that fact. This directory put together by the Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective Website, does give us a possible alternative to calling the police if MCT’s are available in the client area. This is an amazing resource, thank you BEAM! https://www.beam.community/mobilecrisis
