Benjamin Franklin Intermediate School Counselors facilitate the development of all students to reach their potential, to strive for excellence, and to prepare them to function effectively in a changing society. Students will collaborate with staff, families, and community as they become active and resilient learners.
The Mission of the Benjamin Franklin Intermediate School Counseling Department is to advocate for academic, social-emotional, and career support for all students, with equal access, in a safe and nurturing environment. In partnership with families and staff, we promote the comprehensive development and potential of every student, by preparing all students to become productive, successful and thoughtful lifelong learners.
