JCPS Summer Learning
Through August 25th
Thank you to all who participated in JCPS Summer League 2020. The adventures and leaderboard activities are over for the summer; however students in grades 3-5 can still access the Literacy & and Numeracy & programs
All students must use their Jefferson County Public Schools login information to access these opportunities. No login is required for My Big Little Adventures for rising kindergarteners.
The Learning Continues
Great opportunities for summer learning continue in July. Literacy & Fencing will begin next month. A new series of experiences will also be available to students though Numeracy &. Students in third through fifth grade will be able to apply math skills in real world applications like design, coding, fitness and soccer. These will be virtual learning enrichment open to all JCPS students.
Choice Boards for Social-Emotional Skills are a fun and effective way to learn skills about coping strategies, self-monitoring, social skills, and emotional regulation. Students are able to choose specific activities on the choice boards to do or videos to watch in order to help them develop skills necessary for social interactions in the community.
Summer Behavioral Health Resources - The Community Summer Behavioral Health Support list provides information for families who need community resources during the summer. The list provides websites and phone numbers for such needs as social services, utilities, mental health, homelessness, and refugee services.
