* BEFORE INSTALLING PRINT DEPLOY *
Remove all existing JCPS printers from your computer first.
See the instructions below for Windows 10/11
STEP 01
If you are unable to install the Print Deploy Client from Software Center. Please follow the instructions below.
IF PROMPTED, LOGIN WITH YOUR JCPS CREDENTIALS
After the window loads, click on Download In the top menu bar.
This will begin downloading the client to your Downloads folder.
When the download is finished, click on the Open file link to open the folder.
Next, run the pc-print-deploy-client[e275papercut].msi Windows Installer Package.
STEP 02
Click Next.
IF PROMPTED, CLICK "YES"
STEP 03
The Setup Wizard will begin installing the PaperCut Print Deploy Client software.
STEP 04
After installation is complete, click on Finish.
STEP 05
Once installed, you will receive a one-time prompt to login to the PaperCut.
Click “Sign in with Google".
Next, select your name to complete the sign process.
When finished you may see this dialog window.
All signed in and ready to print!
STEP 06
Next, an icon will appear in the system tray on the taskbar next to the clock. You may have to click on the UP arrow to view it.
STEP 07
Now, right click on the icon in the system tray and select "View my printers".
STEP 08
This will open the PaperCut Print Deploy Client. If there are no printers listed, click on the green "Refresh" link.
STEP 09
If there are printers assigned to you, they will appear and start installing using the print deploy client.
STEP 10
Open Printers & Scanners
1.) At the bottom left of the screen click the Start button and the menu appears.
2.) Click on Settings.
3.) Click on Devices
4.) This will show the list of printer(s) you just installed using the print deploy client. Your printer(s) are now ready to use.
*** Please note Windows users will always send your print job(s) to printers /copiers ending with "E275Papercut"
You're ready to print!
