MAC OS CLIENT INSTALLATION

* BEFORE INSTALLING PRINT DEPLOY *

Remove all existing JCPS printers from your computer first.

See the instructions below for Mac.

STEP 01

IF PROMPTED, LOGIN WITH YOUR JCPS CREDENTIALS

After the window loads, click on Download In the top menu bar.

This will begin downloading the client to your Downloads folder.

STEP 02

Once downloaded, open the "pc-print-deploy-client[e275papercut].dmg" file.

Then double click on,

PaperCut Print Deploy Client.pkg

STEP 03

Click Continue.

STEP 04

Click Continue.

STEP 05

Click Agree.

STEP 06

Click Install.

STEP 07

You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password.

Most of the time this is the username and password you created when first setting up your Mac.

If this doesn’t work, try using your JCPS credentials for the Username and Password.

After entering your credentials click Install Software.

STEP 08

The software will begin installing.

STEP 09

When prompted, click OK.

STEP 10

When finished a dialog window will read "The installation was successful".

Click Close.

STEP 11

If prompted, click Move to Trash.

Otherwise, you can drag the PaperCut Print Deploy Client drive to the Trashcan.

STEP 12

The PaperCut Print Deploy icon will appear in the status menu.

Right click on the icon and select View my printers.

STEP 13

Once installed, you will receive a one-time prompt to login to the PaperCut.

Click “Sign in with Google".

Next, select your name to complete the sign process.

When finished you may see this dialog window.
All signed in and ready to print!

STEP 14

This will open the PaperCut Print Deploy Client. If there are no printers listed, click on the green "Refresh" link.

STEP 15

If there are printer(s) assigned to you, they will appear and start installing using the print deploy client.

STEP 16

System Preferences - Printers

Click on the Apple symbol on the top, left-hand corner.

Then click on System Preferences.

Next, click on Printers & Scanners.

This shows that Print Deploy Client has installed the printer(s) on your system.

You're ready to print!
