PAPERCUT MOBILITY PRINT ON A CHROMEBOOK

For Chromebooks, the user doesn't need to install anything. Below are instructions to show how you print from a Chromebook using PaperCut Mobility Print.

STEP 01

To print a Google Doc/Sheet go to Step 2.

To print from the Chrome browser, go to Step 3.

STEP 02

To print a Google Doc/Sheet – Click on the "Printer Icon" from the Google Doc toolbar and proceed to Step 4.

STEP 03

To print from the Chrome browser – Click on the "More Menu" icon. Then Click on "Print". Now, proceed to Step 4.

STEP 04

Next, click on the Destination drop down arrow, then click on "See more…"

Proceed to Step 5.

STEP 05

This will list all the mobility print queue(s) available to you.

Click on the desired print queue and proceed to Step 6.

STEP 06

After you have selected your print queue,

you will see it listed in the "Destination field".

Click on the "Print" button to start processing your

print job, as shown in the example below.

STEP 07

7.) Your document will begin printing.

STEP 08

Once installed, you will receive a one-time prompt to login to the PaperCut.

Click “Sign in with Google".

Next, select your name to complete the sign process.

When finished you may see this dialog window.
All signed in and ready to print!
