This page provides district and school staff with comprehensive training materials, such as instructional videos and written documentation, to support the effective use of the system.

Use any of the following links to navigate to Staff Resources such as Training Manuals, Quick Reference Guides and More. The Office Staff IC Classes button takes staff to a list of Google Classroom classes that are required to obtain rights to edit data in Infinite Campus such as Behavior, Scheduling, and more.
These guides help users with rights to add/edit Person data in IC verify users are set up correctly and (for staff) have a District Employment record and the appropriate District Assignment.

Attendance: This comprehensive live Attendance manual is updated weekly and includes procedures, processes and details for entering and processing School Wide Attendance.

Schedule Board: The Schedule Board is only available until the first day of school and is utilized by some Middle or High School Master Schedulers to build and load sections using the Schedule Board. This is different then rostering students using the Walk in Scheduler and/or Request and Roster tool. All course materials are located in the Schedule Board Google Classroom.
