Director of Strength & Conditioning
Bio
Cole Davis is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at W.E.B. DuBois Academy, where he also teaches Physical Education, Health, and Exercise Science. He earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville. During his time at UofL, Cole spent three years working with the football sports performance staff and one year at Cardinal Park assisting with Olympic sports.
In addition to his collegiate experience, Cole spent a season working with Trinity High School under Coach Mike Snyder and completed a six month internship with FC Cincinnati, gaining experience in high level athlete development. After finishing his undergraduate degree, he earned his master’s degree in teaching and began his career in education and coaching. He also runs and owns The Iron Den a private athlete performance company.
At DuBois, Cole works with every athletic program, focusing on building stronger, healthier, and more disciplined athletes. His approach emphasizes proper training, injury prevention, and developing the work ethic and habits that help students succeed both in sports and in life.
