Hello Jefferson Familia!

My name is Rachel Swarts and this is my third year here at Jefferson Junior/ Senior High School and my 8th year teaching. Prior to working at Jefferson, I taught ESL for 4 years at an elementary school in Minnesota. I moved here to Denver with my husband and we love it!

Here at Jefferson, I teach 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts and absolutely love reading and writing with our students!
