We are excited to be part of your child's early learning here at Coronado! 

Welcome to Coronado Preschool!  We are excited to meet you and your family!  To help children ease into school, we are inviting all children to a play date on Monday, August 14th.  Every child and family can sign up for one, 45 minute play date on the 14th  HERE.  The play date will be our Meet and Greet so kiddos should bring their school supplies with them.  

Families:  please plan on staying for the play date (two adults per kiddo please, siblings welcome)

Our play date will include:  

• Arrive at our meeting place (bottom of the ramp), meet your teachers, put away supplies with the help of your family

• Check out the classroom with your family, get your picture taken, find a spot to play

• Meet together for a game, a song and a story

The purpose of the play date is to:

• give you and your child time to check out the classroom together in a casual setting

• give you and your child a time to meet and chat with other families, children and our teachers

• allow your child to explore the classroom environment, learn a few routines for our first day together and get to know 5-6 other children in a small group setting

Please check out the times we have for the play dates on the 14th and determine one that meets the needs of your family best.  If you are unable to come during one of the play date times, you can drop supplies by during the K-5 Meet and Greet that day from 3:00-5:00pm.

Our first full day of school is Tuesday, August 15th! 

AM class hours are 8:00am-11:00pm

PM class hours are 12:00pm-3:00pm

Please send your child to preschool each day with:

•  a backpack with an extra set of clothes inside, just in case

• a clean and full water bottle (water only, no juice) 

• **If your child wears diapers, please include several diapers and wipes in your child's backpack each day.

Because we have only 3 hours each day with students, we will not have snack during our school day.  Please be sure your child has a breakfast/lunch prior to coming to class.
