10th Grade ICAP Instructions

LOG IN TO NAVIANCE

Username = student ID number

Password = 8-digit birthday

ADD YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS

Click on “About Me” tab

Click on “Profile”

Click on the pencil icon and add your e-mail address (not your parent’s)

Confirm by entering email address again and click on “Update” (if you don’t have an e-mail address, use your school Google account: (studentID@jeffcoschool.us)

MY PLANNER Tab

Click on “Tasks assigned to me”

Click on “Review Graduation/HEAR/NCAA/NAIA Requirements”

Click on “Graduation-HEAR Requirements.pdf”, and view PDF

Click on “complete a survey” answer the 2 questions and click on “Submit Answers”

Click on “Tasks assigned to me”

Click on “4 Year Plan”

To edit your 4 year plan from your freshman year, click on “edit a course plan”, then click on “RV College Bound and Diploma draft plan”

If you are a new student this year, click on “add a new plan” then click on “Create a new draft plan” then click on “choose this one” to create your course plan for the next three years

Review your 4 year plan and make any necessary changes to the next 2 years

Click on “Tasks assigned to me”

Click on “Do What You Are” and then “complete the Do What You Are assessment

Click on “Lets Get Started”, Take the Assessment, and Review your Results

Click on “Tasks assigned to me”

Click on “Add Colleges To My List” and then “search for colleges”

Click on any of the 8 subjects to search under and select the relevant criteria for a college you are looking for (note: the less subject areas you complete, the more schools show up, we recommend searching by ‘Location’ and ‘Majors’

Click on schools that are generated by the search by clicking on their name. If a school interests you, click on “ADD TO LIST.” You must add at least one school to complete the task.

Click on “Tasks assigned me”

Click on “ICAP Recap – 10th Grade”

Click on “complete a survey” answer questions (11 questions) and click on “Save and I am finished”
