REBELS SOCCER - CFC is partnering with Sanctuary Fitness again this summer!

The CFC coaching staff is committed to growth in the area sports performance for all of our players and we are excited about what Santuary Fitness is providing improve sports performance for athletes!

SANCTUARY FITNESS

This is an excellent opportunity to improve in the areas listed below!

Free weight training focused on fundamental movements such as the squat and dead-lift.

Cardio & metabolic conditioning using calisthenics, kettle-bells and plyometrics.

Sport specific field conditioning and tryout preparation.
