MYVH Login Help

We are sorry you are having trouble accessing the survey.  Here are a few tips that might help you access your survey.

• Are you taking the correct survey?

  • If you are in 2nd - 5th grade, please take the primary survey, found here: tinyurl.com/MYVHprimary2022

  • If you are in 6th-12th grade, please take the secondary survey, found here: tinyurl.com/MYVHsecondary2022

  • If you are trying to fill out a survey for Warren Tech North, Warren Tech South, Warren Tech Central, or Jeffco Virtual Academy, please use the following links:

• Are you using the correct student number?

  • Your student number is usually the same number you use for lunch, your email address, and Google Classroom.

• Are you typing in your birthday correctly?

  • Your birthday should be eight digits. The year should be four digits. If you have a birthday with a one-digit month or day, make sure to add zeroes where necessary. 

    • Example: If your birthday is August 5, 2013, your login should look like this: 08052013

• Are you eligible to take the survey?

  • Only students in 2nd-12th grade are eligible to complete the survey.

  • If you are a new student enrolled after January 6th, 2022, you are not eligible to take the survey.
