Teacher Bio

Hi everybody! I am super excited to return for my third year at D'Evelyn and my ninth year of teaching middle school English. My wife teaches 4th grade in Jeffco and we are parents of two extremely cute and sweet little kids. Norah is five and Hayes will be turning three in September.

I graduated from Colorado State in Fort Collins back in 2010 and finished my Master's from CSU-Global in 2020. I am a big sports fan and am always rooting for the Nuggets, Broncos, Avalanche and CSU Rams. (I'm also a "retired" Rockies fan). I also love reading, listening to music, going to concerts, hanging out with friends and family, exercising, traveling to the mountains, and just being outside. (Although I don't have much time for any of that stuff because of those two great kiddos... Totally worth it!)
