Apply for Meal Benefits Application
Families are not required to complete this form, however all families are strongly encouraged to apply as it will help with additional education funding for schools and may allow for waivers of school-related fees

*Please ensure you review and agree to the Technology Responsible Use Agreement Form included in this link. One agreement is needed for each student prior to them using Lincoln Academy Technology.
