Mr. Lawrason has been teaching at Bear Creek High School since 2004. In that time he has taught 9th grade English, 9th grade Honors, 10th grade American Literature, 11th grade World Literature, Creative Writing, Reading, Contemporary Literature, and Unreal Literature, as well as serving as the Instructional Leader and Co-Department Chair for 6 years. Currently, he is teaching Honors English 9, and 12th grade Period Study.

He earned his BA majoring in English and minoring in Art at Keene State College in New Hampshire. After moving to Colorado, he received his teaching license and Masters in Secondary Education with a Focus in the aesthestics from University of Denver.

Mr. Lawrason lives a humble life in Lowry with his wife, cats, guitars, books, and music.
