Sociology is an academic elective designed for juniors or seniors interested in scientifically studying how groups influence and regulate individual’s behavior and choices. In taking the course students will be presented with the sociological perspective, how scientific inquiry is used to study patterns of behavior within human groups, divisions that exist in many societies, major institutions in society, and how divisions and institutions in a society cause inequality.
Students should already be enrolled in their Schoology Class. However, if your schedule changes you may need to manually add yourself to the course. Course codes are listed below in case you need them. We will meet each day via Zoom, and the Zoom link is in your Schoology class.

A few minuets prior to the scheduled class time according to the BCHS Fall 2020-21 schedule students are expected to log into their Schoology account and use the link to the Zoom meeting.
