My teaching career began at Foothills Elementary in 1999. During my first year of teaching, I taught small reading groups and supported students who were in our special education program. Since then, I have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades as a classroom teacher and have supported kindergarten through 6th grade.

I really enjoy the role of instructional coach, because I am able to work with all teachers and students at all grade levels in our school. I love witnessing the wonderful instruction happening at Foothills every day.
