• Foothills Elementary follows the ALP Lifecycle

• All students with ALP's will have an academic and affective (social/emotional) goal each school year.

• ALP goals are tied to identified student strength areas.

• ALP's are primarily managed by the classroom teacher in collaboration with students and parents.
