Internship Description:
Line cook - assist the chef in tasks that are needed. Show basic knowledge of kitchen etiquette. Willing to learn and open to new kitchen techniques.

Hours of Operation:
Currently we are seasonal so our hours vary. We are heavily involved in holiday charity events. For example this Thanksgiving we are pushing out 10,000 meals by cooking overnight starting Wednesday to Thanksgiving day.
