Current projects the students can contribute to span from smart sensing systems to enhance safety in underground environments, to on-orbit recycling of debris, to lunar landing site preparation systems. Internship Description:
The intern will be paired with a graduate student mentor and be tasked with an engineering or computer-science problem that is aligned with their interests and experiences. They will be responsible for learning and executing the assignment as an integral member of a larger team. They will also have the opportunity to visit other laboratories on campus and see a wide range of research going on here at Mines.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Required or Recommended Skills:
Background in 3D modeling/printing or Python (programming) is helpful but the only requirement is a strong desire to learn and meaningfully contribute.
