Internship Description:

This Industry Partnerartner offers opportunities for students to learn about medical care for a specific US demographic. The atmosphere is warm with a variety of departments that welcome student interns.  Interns may have the opportunity to tour the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora (own transportation required).

Stock items and clean up rooms in clinical units, help greet and direct visitors and assist with tasks that help take some burden off of clinical staff so they can focus on patient care.

Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

Required or Recommended Skills:

Be a mature and compassionate person comfortable in a healthcare setting. Should be a self-starter who can initiate and complete tasks without constant supervision after training. Reliable and dependable people will get the most out of this experience.
