Company/Organization Description:
City of Arvada Engineering Division is responsible for the development and implementation of the standards for street construction, utility work and storm water drainage on all projects in the City.
All work within the City's right-of-way is regulated and inspected by Engineering. Contractors and utility companies working in the right-of-way are required to be licensed by the City and have a permit and approved traffic control plan for the work they are doing.

A part of the Engineering Division, City of Arvada’s Traffic and Transportation operations installs, operates and maintains street markings, signs, traffic signals and other vehicular and pedestrian traffic control devices on city-owned roadways.
