EHS River Expedition Club

Interested in a river adventure?

We love spending time on river trips and value the experiences gained both on the water and off the water

Each year, we plan and prepare for a multi-day white water rafting trip. Join the club to help decide where we'll go next!

Come hang out with us! Spend time with friends, sleep under the stars, play in and on the water, read, draw, explore, reflect and embrace new skills.

Informational meeting

Wednesday, January 30th, 2019 5:30 at the G.O.A.L.S. on Rivers headquarter - 1250 Bergen Pkwy

Learn about opportunities to "Get Outside and Learn Something" on a summer rafting expedition. To learn more about our trip destination options and how to sign up, we will have an informational meeting at the brand new GOALS headquarters in the Bergen Village Shopping Center (across from Hearthfire Books & Treats and above Papa Murphey/s Pizza). If you have questions before the meeting or are unavailable the evening of the meeting and would like more information, please contact Erika DuRoss at eduross@jeffcoschools.us.

River trips are facilitated by the GOALS (Get Outside and Learn Something) program, an accredited 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Evergreen, Colorado specializing in creating educational outdoor experiences for middle and high school students.

  • Completely outfitted by a professional, licensed outfitter. Students do not need any rafting or camping experience.
  • All equipment is supplied, including camping gear.
  • In addition to rafting, students can possibly try kayaking and SUP boarding.
  • This trip will positively change a student's life in and outside of school.
