Hola y bienvenidos a la página de educación física en Foster! Yo soy Ms. Sammy Chumacero y soy la maestra de educación física para los grados K-8. He sido maestra por 13 años, 11 de esos aqui en Foster. Me encanta enseñar todos los estudiantes cada año y espero que vamos a tener otro año exitoso!

Mi familia es de la Ciudad de México y los Estados Unidos. Nos mudamos a Colorado cuando tenía 3 años y crecí en un hogar bilingüe. Asistí escuelas bilingües del primer hasta el octavo grado y soy muy orgullosa de mis experiencias en programas duales.

Cuando no estoy enseñando en Foster, me gusta jugar basquetbol, andar en las montañas, ir a conciertos, viajar y pasar el tiempo con mi familia y amigos.

Hello and welcome to the Foster physical education website! I'm Ms. Sammy Chumacero and I teach kinder thru 8th grade. I've been a teacher for 13 years, 11 of those years teaching here at Foster. I love being able to teach every student in the school year after year and I am looking forward to another successful school year together!

My family is from Mexico City and the United States. We moved to Colorado when I was 3 years old and I was lucky enough to be raised in a bilingual household. I grew up attending dual language schools from first to eighth grade and I am very proud of my experience in dual programs.

When I am not teaching at Foster, I like to play basketball, wander in the mountains, go to concerts, travel and spend time with family and friends.
