Teacher Bio
My name is Brooke Zitricki and I am thrilled to be teaching 7th grade Life Science and 9th grade Biology again this year! Prior to joining the D'Evelyn faculty in 2019, I taught science for six years in the Cherry Creek School District. I received a bachelor's degree in Biology from Grove City College and a master's degree in Secondary Science Education from The University of Texas at Arlington.
In my free time, I love traveling, playing the ukulele, hiking, camping, water color painting, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer! I also enjoy spending my summers on the white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan with childhood friends and family.
