2018-19

  • Develop a strong working relationship with Instructional Coach
  • Work on strengthening technical education and collaboration with teachers around technology and Web 2.0 tools
  • Support staff in use of Renaissance - AR 360 - incorporating Independent Reading and Instructional Reading
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and strengthen mentor text sources to develop collection
  • Participate in all TL opportunities
  • Attend TL district level meetings

2019-20

  • Continue working relationship with Instructional Coach and expand role in PD
  • Work on strengthening technical education and collaboration with teachers around technology and Web 2.0 tools
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and strengthen mentor text sources revisit needs
  • Participate in district TL opportunities to continue education
  • Attend TL district level meetings

  • Provide all users the skills needed in order to use technology, information and communication tools effectively and efficiently

  • Implement a library Board comprised of teachers and parents to work on and support the school library
  • Collaborate with teachers on technology standards - Share ISTE Student Standards
  • Continue flexible scheduling to provide optimum library and information access for all students
  • Provide a warm and inviting environment to support research and information literacy study
  • Demonstrate and support effective use of technology by teachers and students
  • Provide users the information literacy skills needed to access, understand and evaluate information using critical thinking skills in order to construct knowledge
