JCHS Seniors Explore College Options During A2C Week
This week, over 100 JCHS seniors participated in A2C (Apply to College) events by attending information sessions, speaking with college admissions representatives, and meeting with school counselors to learn more about post-secondary options. Thank you to the reps from Lanier Technical College, UNG, KSU, Georgia Southern, the Georgia Student Finance Commission, and UGA for assisting seniors with applications and financial aid!
Reminder: As part of Georgia Apply to College Month, many colleges are waiving application fees for the entire month of November. Take advantage of this opportunity to submit your college applications for free. For the full list of participating colleges, click here.
If you’re not sure where to begin, start by checking your GEORGIA MATCH letter. Your letter shows the colleges you may qualify to attend in Georgia based on your high school HOPE GPA through 11th grade. You must sign in or create an account on gafutures.org to view your letter digitally.
