'Oishi desu - 'it is delicious'.
6 sheets sushi seaweed
2 bowls of prepared sushi rice#
1/2 lb sushi-grade raw salmon
1 avocado sliced
Soy sauce
1 bamboo sheet or tin foil
1 spatula
A knife and a chopping board
Step 1
Place the seaweed on a bamboo mat, then cover the sheet of seaweed with an even layer of prepared sushi rice. Smooth gently with the rice paddle.
Step 2
Place salmon, avocado and some other fillings on the rice, then roll it up tightly.
Step 3
Slice the roll into bite size pieces with a sharp knife, and enjoy with soy sauce.
