As a young leader eager to drive change, you may have encountered resistance to your ideas or been told that your age is a barrier. JCI USA, part of the global Junior Chamber International (JCI) network, offers a dynamic platform for young people aged 18-40 to connect with like-minded individuals and develop their leadership skills while making a positive impact. Led by young people for young people, JCI USA provides a wealth of programs, projects, training, and events that equip members with the tools, resources, and networks needed to effect meaningful change in their communities and beyond.
