2. Support Ticket Options

  1. School District Options
    • Application - Software installation, updates, problems you experience with district software.
      • Examples: Students not showing up in certain products as expected, a student is showing in the wrong class, encountering an error message within a program, an application not working or unavailable.
      • Example applications would be Renaissance Place, Lexia, Big Ideas Math, Moby Max, Think Central, Destiny, Illuminate and others
    • Hardware - Computer, monitor, projector
    • Network - Internet, wifi
    • Project - This is utilized internally by the JCISD Tech staff and so you probably will never pick this option.
    • Purchasing - When buying items for your district that you would need to put in a ticket for.
    • Security - badges and door access.
    • User Account - new staff accounts or new student accounts.
