Houses on similar land size selling for $1.6m 

The recent sales data from the area indicate that houses on similar-sized sections with approximately 300 m² of floor area have been selling for up to $1.6 million. It's important to note that these prices reflect recent sales during a recession, potentially one of the worst markets for selling property. Despite the challenging market conditions, this demonstrates the relative resilience of property values in the region.

330m2 starts from $735,000 inc GST

Purchase Procedure:

1. Select section Lot number and sign Sale & Purchase agreement. 

2. $1,000 payable upon the Purchaser's solicitor's approval (5 working days after signing) of the agreement.

3. 5% deposit (less the initial $1,000) is due on 15 July 2024.

4. An additional 5% deposit is due on 15 September 2024.

A total of 10% is payable, with no further payments required until settlement, which is estimated to occur in Q1 2026*.
