About Us

Who we are:

We are a team of Cincinnati-area entrepreneurs and investors who have been working with foreign exchange students since 2021.  The J-1 Visa program, implemented by the State Department in 1961, aims to encourage cultural exchange both on U.S. soil and abroad.  We initially provided housing and additional employment to J-1 Summer Work and Travel students, who come to the U.S. on shorter, 3-4-month visas.  Over time, we have identified and solved numerous problems faced by the students, sponsors, and employers, and have grown to offer a host of services to J-1 participants.

What we do:

We specialize in connecting high-quality Interns and motivated Summer Work and Travelers with companies who may have this need.  We work directly with recent college graduates around the globe to connect you with your ideal interns.  We have found a surprising supply of talented, English-fluent, recent college graduates eager for the opportunities that are often taken for granted by U.S. graduates.  Our goal is to bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring that both our clients and candidates benefit from an enriching experience.  Whether you run an accounting firm struggling to find quality candidates, have engineering needs, or have a hotel chain, restaurant or other small business and need extra help during a busy season, we have you covered.

Why we do it:

After seeing the impact J-1 students have had on our own small businesses, we realized we could help bring the same value to others.  Our Mission is to deliver talented and enthusiastic Interns and SWTs to U.S. companies, helping businesses grow and providing participants with invaluable real-world experience.
