What is Science Olympiad?

Science Olympiad is an olympic-like competition for middle and high school teams focusing on science related topics. Teams of 15 students compete in 23 events. Students can place in individual events, winning medals and recognition. The top teams overall from a regional competition go on to compete in the state level competition, and perhaps beyond!

Please be sure to keep an eye on the "Important Updates" link. We will post any information about the events at our regional competition in that location, such as room dimensions, any rule changes that apply solely to this regional, etc. Be sure to also keep an eye on the state and national sites - rule changes/ clarifications that apply to all regionals or state or national competitions will NOT be posted on this site. Links to those sites can be found on the left.
