ATT is offering free access to public WiFi hot spots.
Comcast has made their Internet Essentials package free for families who qualify. Comcast is also offering free access to their public hot spots.
Spectrum Cable is offering free broadband for new customers who have K-12 or college students in their home. They are also offering free access to their hot spots.
T-Mobile/Sprint is offering unlimited data plans at no extra cost for current customers.
