Welcome to Project Success!

 What is Project Success? 

Project Success is a support program through the Irvine Unified School District's Mental Health and Wellness Department. We aim to "encourage the development of resiliency skills in young adults" by offering individual or small group sessions "to address typical teen wellness concerns" over 6-8 weeks.

Who can sign up for Project Success?

All Irvine High School students are eligible for their school's Project Success program once an approved referral from either a parent, teacher, administrator, counselor, support staff, or school psychologist is made. Students may even refer themselves to the program if they have parental approval.

 What do you do during a session?

Depending on the reason for referral, students will participate in various weekly activities that coincide with building the skills needed to improve the targeted wellness concern.
