IUCEE Mini-Symposium on
Effective Practices in Teaching-Learning
23rd (Saturday) - 24th (Sunday), April 2022
IUCEE
Indo Universal Collaboration for Engineering Education (IUCEE) works with a vision to improve the quality and global relevance of engineering education in India by building an ecosystem for transforming engineering education in India with the assistance of engineering education experts and industry from around the world.
The mini-symposium on Effective Practices in Teaching-Learning by IUCEE is one of the efforts in this direction.
Practice, Share and Adapt
It is observed that engineering educators at different institutions are actively engaged in developing strategies for transforming engineering education. Often, faculty do not have the time and/or means to take their initiatives to fully developed, data-supported publications.
This symposium proposes to provide a platform where these practices can be shared and validated.
"Practice, Share, and Adapt" - is the THEME of the Mini-Symposium
Objectives
Encourage faculty to share innovative and effective practices for enhancing the quality of classroom/online instruction
Provide a platform to share effective strategies for teaching specific disciplines
Promote interaction between faculty of different engineering colleges to build learning communities and undertake joint research
