Hi everyone!

I’m Sukhmeet Kour, a junior at IUI. My pronouns are she/her. I’m currently pursuing a BS degree with a neuroscience minor with a focus on getting into IUSM. The summer of 2024, I interned at the IUSM, where I worked on gut inflammation and IgA production. I work with Dr. Rafael's at my internship site (Wells Pediatrics) on malaria parasite and this has helped me develop skills that I will use when I pursue my MD/PhD degree.
