The campus health Organization I choose is IUFW campus health. I will be marketing a wellness service/program . This organization will help students come in when they need medical services. It is a campus health clinic that is willing to work around your time while still in school. It includes services such as primary care (fevers and respiratory illnesses to sprains, strains, and skin rashes), immunizations (Hep A, Hep B, HPV, Flu, and more), labwork (blood sugar, hormones, etc), it includes a couple more services that are all willing to better you.

A situational analysis has been conducted to identify what makes your health care product or service unique. The situational analysis portion of this project will focus on the internal and external environment in which the marketing plan will be implemented.
The situational analysis will include three specific areas:
SWOT, a four-cell chart containing internal and external factors of the chosen healthcare organization
Environmental forces, research into university health centers, health services, or programming for university students.
Competitive analysis, an analysis of weaknesses and strengths of the competitors to the selected organization
Social in out textbook essentials of healthcare marketing it includes “The social dimension of the environment includes the demographic characteristics of the population, its culture, and its values The diverse backgrounds and health needs of students can impact health services. Factors such as age, study level and family income are key factors on healthcare among universities. Students adjusting these types of factors can improve healthcare outcomes and promote equality, access to quality care at IUFW. In our book, it talks about the demographic profile within the United States ages dramatically shift.
Technological book definition refers to “the innovations or inventions from applied science and research. As new technology enters the market, existing products or services are pushed out. The impact of technology in health care is fourfold: quality, cost, information, and behavior refer to the innovations or inventions from applied science and research.” Transportation is a big factor when it comes to putting your healthcare into consideration. Student to May face problems such as time or transportation issues. Advancements in technology are changing the way healthcare services are delivered. The Way technology plays a big impact on healthcare is by sending out announcements and information about this clinic. In most industries, new technology drives down costs, yet the results in health care have been less direct.
Competitor of this organization is Purdue University Fort Wayne. I say this because as a student I use a lot of the things that Purdue offers. I feel like it because I am not a Purdue Fort Wayne student. I don't have the ability to use that. As Purdue everywhere around the buildings, they have signs up about mental health. They really know how to market the mental health state services that they provide. I also noticed that they have a text message app that gives them messages about mental health and where they can find it. Some strengths of theirs is definitely the marketing style they use. I would say that IU Fort Wayne doesn't really advertise well. The competitive advantage is that the whole campus is based on Purdue. When you only have one building even though it does state that we are allowed to use the services of Purdue it makes us feel like they separated.
