Role overview: This position is to assist the Senior Program Manager in maintaining scheduling of programs, ensuring timelines are met, and that community partnerships are established and maintained.

Essential role functions:
Ensuring program timelines are met.
Programs are tracked and student performance maintained within the online data management system.
Program curriculums may need to be developed or edited for science workshops and require assistance with presentations.
Assistance with coordinating volunteer schedules for activities and maintaining necessary correspondence to implement programming.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Canva
Great communication skills and customer service skills.
Preferences:
Experience working in customer service, with youth and or philanthropic organization is a plus.
