The foundation of this program is to promote health and wellness by empowering students to improve their overall well-being.
This will be done by incoporating personalized health and wellness coaching that is designed to offer resources and support needed for stuents to begin making postitive lifestyle changes, espeially as they navigate both phsyical and mental health. The presence of a dedicated coach not only helps these students foster accountability but also ensures that students build healthy habits that eventually lead to long-term benefits.
To support this, strategies like health-tracking apps and behavior-focused learning theory are key. Apps that monitor fitness, diet, and vital signs help students stay engaged and even contribute to reducing healthcare costs. Meanwhile incoporating motivation-based learning theories like using reinforcements and stimulants, can encourage students to commit to the program and stay on track (Berkowitz, 2022).

Reimbursement - Offering apps that require free/discounted memberships. Incorporating incentive systems such as earning points for daily check-ins which leads to gym membership reimbursement.
Weekly/bi-weekly reports - Sending progress reports to students consistently with feedback and encouragement
Reward system - Create a reward system that is level based where students receive small incentives at different stages of the program. This can include anything from fitness gear, gift cards, or even tech accessories.
