Welcome all to my website! My name is Hannah Sua Xiong, I am currently a Junior at Indiana University of Indianapolis (IUI). I am also pursuing a major in Community and Organizational Leadership Studies at the O'Neill School of Public Affairs, with a minor in Human Resources (HR). Throughout this site, I will be sharing insights about my leadership styles, core values, and the coursework that has helped me shaped my academic and professional journey. Therefore, this platform serves as a reflection of my growth as leader and highlights the knowledge and skills I have developed to creating a positive impact in both organizations and communities.
A favorite quote of mine that has stuck with me since senior year of high school was always, "Carpe Diem" also known as "Seize the day". In short, this quote was from the 1989 film, "Dead Poet Society".

In this assignment I will be using an Ai tool to create a 300–500-word profile of a leader I find, who demonstrates key leadership traits, skills, and characteristics from the chapters 2-13 of the Northouse textbook. Moreover, the profile should also define leadership-related terms and explain how I as a leader embody these provided qualities.

Past leadership class course I have completed is Introduction to Organizational Leadership. This class helped me gain insights about organizational dynamics and leadership strategies. I can also add my past Leadership Philosophy paper too. Currently, I am taking a Foundations of Leadership course, where it explores key leadership principles and effective leadership practices.
