My career goals started focused on simply “making it”—finding a stable job and giving back to my family. But over time, they’ve evolved into something deeper. I want a career where I can be a bridge for others—connecting people to resources, creating supportive environments, and making real change.

In five years, I see myself working in a role that combines leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. I want to be someone who helps students like me, first-gen, driven, and full of potential—find their voice and pathway forward.

I also hope to be mentoring others, maybe working in higher education, nonprofit spaces, or student affairs, while continuing to grow professionally and personally.
