At Home Learning
At Home Learning
On days when severe weather or other emergencies prevent safe travel to and from school, students will complete prescribed coursework at home. Student attendance is based on work completion and check-in procedures.
Student Learning
Students will continue to learn material that is relevant to the current unit of study. While this coursework will be completed outside of the traditional classroom environment, it will serve as an extension of previous learning or a bridge to upcoming lessons.
Teacher Support
Teachers will provide daily and weekly check-ins during At Home Learning. This support can be provided via email/video messaging and phone calls depending on the students grade level. If at anytime you need more support or would like to talk to a teacher, please email them.
Student Attendance
Student attendance will be monitored by work completion for any At Home Learning days.
