Computer Science Teacher, Tunisia
By sharing innovative practices grounded in real classroom experiences, we empower educators to confidently adopt new technologies like AI, transforming teaching and learning across diverse contexts.
Context:
Early childhood and teacher professional development focused on integrating AI, robotics, and machine learning into educational settings.
Focus:
Introducing educators to innovative, hands-on approaches that combine theory and practice to enhance learning through AI and technology. The workshops promote collaborative and adaptable methods tailored to diverse classroom environments.
Goal:
Empower teachers and young learners by providing practical tools, real-world projects, and pedagogical strategies to confidently incorporate AI and robotics into teaching and learning processes.
This workshop integrates AI, machine learning, and robotics into the kindergarten curriculum.
We primarily use EMOS robots, but the workshop can be adapted to any type of robot available in the school (Bee-Bot, Blue-Bot, Thymio, Dash, Ozobot, etc.), as well as various AI tools to enrich the students’ learning experience.
We have successfully conducted this eTwinning project, which integrates coding, AI, and machine learning in early childhood education, both in urban and rural schools across Europe.
This project has demonstrated a tangible impact on students’ skills and pedagogical innovation, which we would be delighted to share during the conference.
This workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to artificial intelligence for teachers, combining theory and practice with concrete applications adaptable to different educational contexts.
