Fondly known to his family and friends as Bill, he passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on January 20, 2017. May his memory be a blessing to us all.
His brother, Murray (Ray) M. Otstott III '66 writes:
He was a talented musician, keyboards and guitar, and a great friend and brother. He might be remembered by his friends at the American School as a member of The Stingrays, along with our brother Michael '67 (RIP 1983), me, and a few other schoolmates.
