Welcome to the Island Montessori FSA!

What is the FSA?

The Family School Association is here to create a sense of community between the school and our families. We encourage all family members to be involved in family engagement, whether that be parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, etc. The idea is to celebrate and strengthen our involvement so that it can enhance the experience of our students, families, faculty, and staff at Island Montessori. We do this through two main initiatives:

  • Meaningful Events - Traditionally FSA is known for the social events we put on. You will see us around at many school events as well. We hope that, during this Year of Roots, we can get back to our own roots. We have taken time to consider our events and which ones have been the favorites of our families; which ones bring together our community in the best ways.

  • Effective Fundraising - One of FSA's main goals is to help fund teacher grants and other necessities around campus. We do this through various fundraisers throughout the year.
