After School Activities
We strongly encourage students to be involved in after school activities and learn to create a balance between academics and recreational activities. Students may participate or sign-up for several after school activities that are offered throughout the school year. Availability of after school activities in each school year is dependent upon the availability of teachers or advisors and the interests of the students. The list of activities below is not final and additional activities may be available each school year.
Students may participate in the school drama presentations. These may include short drama productions developed in conjunction with other school activities or a longer drama production presented on its own.
Our school Forensics activities include debate, solo and duet acting, oral interpretation, original oratory, impromptu and extemporaneous speaking.
Students will have the opportunity to participate in the School Forensics Tournament and the Southeast Asian Forensics Tournament that is held at The International School of Kuala Lumpur each year.
Students learn teamwork and problem solving skills by building and programming robots. The school has participated in the First Lego League (FLL) Malaysia Open Robotics Championship.
In the 2013 FLL Malaysia Open Championship, our students won the Best Robot Award.
Music Club is a place where students can come and share their love of music in all its forms. They come to listen, chat, learn or play together. So far the focus has been on learning and playing piano and guitar together but new ideas and instruments are being added regularly.
