If all entrance requirements are met and the student is eligible for enrollment then the following steps are to be followed in order for your application to be complete
Step 1 - Submit necessary documentation:
Enclose with the form, the following items:
- An official copy of the previous year’s school report (translated into English – if issued in another language)
- Five recent color passport-sized photos.
- A copy of the student’s birth certificate/IC (For Malaysian students)
- A copy of parents’ and student’s visa / passport page showing date of birth, etc. (For foreign students)
Step 2 – ISK issues invoice
Once the complete Application and Health Record form has been submitted to the school’s office, an invoice will be issued to parents detailing the necessary payments to be made.
Step 3 – Payment
Payment of fees detailed in the invoice can be made to the school via cheque(s), online banking and telegraphic transfer. Parents are advised NOT to pay by cash unless absolutely unavoidable.
Once payment has been confirmed ISK will issue a receipt of payment. Parents may now accompany the newly enrolled student for their first day of school. The school administration will then arrange for the student’s introduction to the ISK community.
No uniform required and payments such as for School ID and locker key may be made on the first day of school.
It is important the registration process be completed as soon as possible as a student may not attend class until registration is complete and payment of fees stated in the invoice is made and confirmed.
