This vintage industrial style house is designed for a designer couple working from home. The office is located on the first floor, immediately after the entrance. In this way clients and collaborators will not enter the homeowners' living quarters (on the minus one floor) but will be limited to the rooms designed for work. For the same reason there is a small bathroom on the first floor. The building in which the flat is located develops vertically, so there are long, narrow dwellings with only two French windows at the ends. In fact at the first end I have placed an openspace developed in the following order: living room - dining room (with a bookcase under the stairs) - kitchen - relaxation area (this one with a sofa bed for guests). Then there is a bathroom with a circular wall, a walk-in wardrobe (again without walls) and finally the bedroom, where there is the other French door. In accordance with the clients' tastes I opted for a vintage industrial style and therefore used wooden slats to create an open space but at the same time create a mental division of the areas.
